Terms of Service:
(By commissioning me, you have read and accepted these terms, and you have agreed to all of the terms listed. Failure to follow these guidelines will resort in you being blacklisted. TOS is subject to change, and I will include the dates each time.)Basic TOS:- DO NOT FEED MY ART TO AI!!!
- Payment is received before the commission has started. If we have a payment plan, the deposit will be due before the commission is started. If you have requested a commission and we have went through all the steps besides payment, your commission will be delayed until payment is received.
- Only those 18 and older can buy any of my NSFW Commissions. All characters must also be over 18. If you prove to be under 18 you will be blacklisted indefinitely.
- My health and IRL obligations come first and can affect the time it takes me to complete a commission. I do not do deadlines due to my health being unpredictable. Commissions can range from a week to months. By commissioning me, you are understanding that I cannot work on a strict deadline due to these factors. The exception is deadlines extending within 3 months.
- Unless it is a Surprise Me/Skeb, I require all details and a reference for the characters wanted to be drawn. Details include poses, scenes, tone, background if added, really anything you want please be specific. Examples of accepted references include a reference sheet, gallery link such as toyhou.se or artfight link, or a description (do keep in mind that only a description will not be 100% accurate.)
- I still own the rights to commissions I’ve made. This means: You may post or use my commissions for anything personal/non-commercial, and if you post publicly you must credit me and do not remove my watermark under any circumstance.
- Redistribution of my artwork in commercial use (for printed merchandise, promotion of goods, services or social media) is prohibited. (Unless commercial use is agreed upon beforehand.)
- Do not edit my commissions- unless it for resizing or cropping the image for icons, etc.
- Full refunds are offered up until the sketch has been given the go-ahead. After the sketch has been approved by the commissioner, the process has already been started and the most I can return is 50% off. If a piece is finished, refunds are absolutely non-negotiable.
- Revision request are free in the sketch stage, afterwards I will charge a fee.
- I will not be responsible for someone not being able to afford a commission. This means that if you tell me or I find out you are actively putting yourself in a harmful position financially to commission me I will not accept further commissions. While yes, it is not my business what you do with your money, I will feel guilty and I will feel responsible in some way. I don't want to feel bad doing your commission.
- Being pushy about when a commission will be done especially without a deadline will result in no further commissions. As listed before, my health and IRL obligations can cause commissions to take longer than maybe the average artist. Please give me patience. Asking for updates is ok, trying to push me to work faster is not.
- Limit of 3 commissions per person. I do this so I do not get overwhemed.
- I will work on personal art during commissions. This is to help with burnout and it does not mean I've forgotten or am ignoring your commission.Character TOS (Includes Adopts and Custom Character Designs):- I own the right to the design. Any and all characters created by me are REQUIRED to have me put as the Creator.
- If an adopt or character creation has NSFW art or is an NSFW character you must be 18+ to purchase.
- If you buy an adopt from me, you may not resell the adopt for more than the price you bought it for. (Unless you add extra art) I should still be credited as the designer of the adopt or character design.
- If we are designing an OC from scratch, I will work with whatever you give me. For example: If you only provide a Mood Board I will only go off of that and do what I idealize for the rest. Make sure you give me all the details you're wanting. I will also be down to have conversations about what you'd like if you are unsure.
- If you steal any of my creations I will blacklist you and I will share about it to make others aware.
- I accept design and adopt trades, but I am picky.
- If you have a ToyHou.se, please let me know so I can transfer ownership through there as well.I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason UNLESS you paid a 50% fee. I reserve the right to use your commission to promote my work, and I will always tag or add your name to any post that includes your commissioned piece.Failure to follow any of my rules can result in being blacklisted indefinitely.Where to contact about commissions:
